Inmiddels geef ik mijn trainingen ook extern aan andere organisaties en bedrijven.As strategy consultant I've built hundreds, maybe thousands of slides. Based on that experience I've been training colleagues for a number of years. In the meanwhile, I have also started to host my trainings externally to other organizations and companies.

A. Technical skills to speed up
Includes:
> Practicing the use of shortcuts to speed up
> Understanding the quick access toolbar
> Other useful features such as live mini's
B. Structuring your slides
Includes:
> Introduction to the Pyramid principle + practice
> Understanding how to convert a pyramid into a slide deck
> Usage and best practices for executive summaries
C. Basic slide design
Understand best practices for:
> Overall slide design, including action titles, data visualization (graphs etc.)
> Understanding how to visually support your key message
D. Advanced slide design (optional)
For more experienced users:
> Practicing more advanced data visualizations (e.g. waterfall chart)
> Practicing designing conceptual slides
E. Composing executive summaries (optional)
For those presenting regularly to senior management:
> Understanding best practices for executive summaries
> Practicing the writing and reviewing of executive summaries
